1: What is the delivery time?

Our products are custom-made; our goal is to deliver local orders within 15 business days. Your order may arrive earlier than expected, and we will keep you informed with tracking updates once your order is shipped. Timely delivery is subject to the availability of stock and payment authorization. In certain cases, we might request some form of payment verification or source in order to process the order.

2: What are the delivery charges for local and international orders?

Standard delivery charges within Karachi are Rs. 250/-.
For orders outside Karachi or international deliveries, real-time carrier rates will apply based on your location and the weight of your order. For accurate charges, please contact our customer care via Instagram or WhatsApp.

3: Does the price of the order include shipping?

Typically, we will indicate shipping charges separately as part of the order on the checkout page. The final payment amount charged will include shipping charges.

4: How do I check the delivery status?

On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through SMS. You can log on to the courier websites for local and international orders, insert your tracking ID and track your order.

5: How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, country and area code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.
